# Comment répondre aux avis clients ?

1. Aller dans le Menu Clients > Avis clients

|| Par défaut les avis sont affichés au jour, nous vous invitons à le mettre au mois pour une visibilité globale

2. Rendez-vous sur l'avis auquel vous souhaitez apporter une réponse et cliquer sur **REPONDRE en bas à gauche**

3. Après avoir écris dans la zone de texte il vous restera plus qu'à cliquer sur **Répondre**
