# Comment bloquer l’accès en ligne d’un client ? NV

1. Rendez-vous dans le menu **Clients >** **Listing clients** et sélectionnez le client en question.

❗️ Il faut que votre client ait ouvert **un compte sur votre boutique en ligne**, sans cela vous ne pourrez pas le bloquer.

2. Puis cliquez sur la section **Accès en ligne** pour bloquer votre client.
